Terms of Service

The terms below govern your relationship with us across the website, memberships, programmes, and products. Please read them carefully.

Last updated · June 2026

  1. Agreement to Terms

    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, the BOSS Membership, the Throne Room, The Library, programmes, books, the podcast, and all related services operated by Davies K. Bamigboye (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using any of these, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

  2. Accounts

    Some areas require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

  3. Memberships and Billing

    The BOSS Membership is offered as a recurring subscription at £197 per month, or £1,970 per year (which includes two months free). By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

    • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
    • Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled.
    • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and cancellation prevents future renewals.
    • Prices may change with reasonable advance notice; any change applies from your next renewal.
  4. Refunds

    Except where required by law, subscription payments and completed purchases are non-refundable. Where a statutory right to cancel applies, we will honour it in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

  5. Applications and Admission

    Certain offerings — including the BOSS Membership and the Throne Room — require an application and are admitted at our discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or revoke admission where we consider it appropriate.

  6. Books and Physical Products

    Books and other products may be sold through third-party retailers, including Amazon. Purchases made through those retailers are governed by the retailer's own terms, pricing, delivery, and returns policies, over which we have no control.

  7. Intellectual Property

    All content provided through our services — including written materials, frameworks, the Governance Memo, Vault chapters, recordings, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access this content for your own use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share members-only content without our written permission.

  8. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • share account access or members-only materials with non-members;
    • copy, scrape, or redistribute content beyond your personal licence;
    • attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorised access to the services; or
    • use the services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  9. Disclaimers

    Our content and programmes are provided for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and we make no guarantee of any specific result or outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate. The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  10. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  11. Termination

    We may suspend or end your access to the services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to access members-only content ceases. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

  12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  13. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
